What a fantastic weekend at the Dryandra Woodland Village. I absolutely loved it.

We had so much fun my sides were splitting I laughed so much. Look at the pics and tell me what you think!

This was a fun little project with the next door neighbour, who had not experimented with art since leaving school several years ago. For a first time effort it was a lovely result and encouraged Juanita to continue expressing herself artistically.

Wow what a month! October had me flying over the the Brisbane Quilt and Craft Fair with Ashley Bowley the Australian Importer and Distributer Of Powertex and her mum.

There we met with the New Zealand consultant Joanne Bouma. Joanne is a wonderful artist and fantastic person. We had a ball together.

While there I was really thrown in at the deep end demonstrating infront of literally thousands of people each day. But you know what! I didn't sink! I floated and now I'm floating on air!

Here are the 3 new pieces of work I produced while in Qld, hope you enjoy them.

I met so many great people and had a ball sharing with everyone about powertex and I loved discovering the amazing things people create with their art.

Came home so inspried I finished 2 mixed media pieces I hadn't finished before, 1 new one and 1/2 finished a sculpture in one day!!
